01

Rules of the Sport

A flexibility technique that
focuses on the neural and
fascial systems in the body.SMR concentrates on alleviating myofascial trigger points and areas of hyper-irritability located within a band of muscle

02

Specific Technical Skill

Use of a muscle’s own force production and momentum to take a joint through the full available range of motion. Create multiplanar soft-tissue extensibility that is controlled by the CNS.

03

Individual Tactics

Using agonists and synergists to dynamically move the joint through a range of motion. This creates reciprocal inhibition of the functional antagonists that results in greater ranges of motion.

04

Group Tactics

Static stretching combines low-force and long-duration movements. It utilizes the neurophysiological principles of autogenic inhibition to improve soft-tissue extensibility, allowing for relaxation and concomitant elongation of muscle.

05

Team Tactics

NMS is based on influencing the neurophysiological mechanisms of autogenic inhibition and reciprocal inhibition. Sports performance professional passively moving the limb until the first resistancebarrier is noted
